As consumer awareness grows, we have prepared an offer of cosmetic packaging made of materials such as polypropylene or PCR. PCR material comes from recycled waste – it is made from used plastic.

We offer black PET/RPET bottles made of raw material with a carbon-free dye. By introducing this material into production, sorting machines identify this type of plastic, which enables recycling. The use of black plastic with eliminated carbon allows for a sustainable closure of the production cycle of such packaging and reduces the amount of waste produced. All PET cosmetic bottles from Novo-Pak’s offer can be produced using a carbon-free dye.

Our company has also developed industrially compostable packaging. We produce packaging from a PLA-based raw material, also called bioplastic. Packaging made from a PLA-based raw material has similar properties to those of PET and does not differ from them in any way. They are thermoelastic, yet durable and strong. Their undoubted advantage is lightness. In addition, cosmetic jars do not allow moisture, UV rays and outside odors to pass through.
